Marketing Proposals
Leadership and Development (L&D) Team Proposal
Intended Outcomes
For the L&D Manager:
Methodology:
The CFA methodology is to have the team working together over a period of 3 months in a continued dialogue in both workshops and coaching to ensure long term sustainability of new conversations, behaviors and actions that positively impact effective performance.
Proposed Scope:
Workshop 1: Launching the Team into a Created Future (3 days)
A team aligned on the future powerfully shapes individual and team performance. While shared commitment cannot be demanded or directed, its absence or presence determines the team's capacity for producing results and achieving goals.
In this session the L&D Team will align on the team approach to implementing the Business Unit Strategy for producing results with velocity through team performance.
Intended Outcomes:
Workshop 2: Managing Performance and Rigorously Holding Others to Account (1.5 days)
Breakdowns are a natural and expected phenomenon in any high performing organization. Yet, the corporate thinking often says, this shouldn't be or something's wrong here whenever one occurs. This workshop will provide the fundamental language tools that give one a freedom of self-expression in the midst of a breakdown and a capacity to resolve breakdowns with power and ease.
Modules:
Workshop 3: Interrupting the Blame Game - Speaking Out and Making Tough Decisions for the business (1.5 Days)
Organizations are stalled and undermined in effective action by the rampant blame games that displace accountability and innovative action thus leaving people feeling victimized and unable to make a difference. In this workshop, we will distinguish and learn methods for dismantling organizational Blame Games in such a way that restoring people to power, accountability and decisive action is a natural way of working for the L&D Team.
Modules:
