Who We Are
Kim Gustavsson, Mission Control Program Manager and Consultant
Kim Gustavsson, a management consultant with Carolyn Fine & Associates (CFA), has an impressive record of proven results in systematically applying concepts and distinctions that produce breakthroughs in human performance for individuals and business leaders.
His expertise in coaching falls into four main domains: 1) productivity and effectiveness, 2) creating visionary leadership around accountability, 3) developing a strategy to implement and deliver on a vision, and 4) developing leaders to have conversations that engage teams to own and deliver business results.
Kim is currently the CFA senior leader for the Mission Control Productivity Workshop for Fortune 500 companies, which is designed to produce breakthroughs in productivity and effectiveness for individuals and teams. In this workshop and the coaching sessions, people distinguish habitual ways of organizing, processing and delivering work in order to assess productive and unproductive work habits. Where old unexamined ways of working are counterproductive or ineffective, new work practices are invented.
Kim is also a co-leader for a six-month leadership Program for Fortune 500 companies, designed for First Level Leaders and above. In this program people create new possibilities around their existing accountability, project or team. With unique, proprietary distinctions, people develop a strategy to successfully deliver on their vision and then learn the conversations for engaging people in committed action to implement the vision and strategy.
Kim has coached and developed people in this set of powerful leadership and performance distinctions for over 15 years.
He has been engaged in leadership and individual coaching within organizations for 5 years. Prior to this he delivered public seminars and training programs and coached hundreds of people on an individual basis to create fulfilling, accomplished lives that reflect people's own passions and self expression.
Kim is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine.
