Carolyn Fine, President and CEO
Carolyn Fine specializes in redesigning organizational cultures to provide breakthroughs in individual and team performance that impact overall company goals. The work she does is designed to develop leadership and teamwork at all organizational levels. Her work enables top leadership teams to design an organizational future that inspires people and shapes behavior as well as mobilize the workforce, management and unions to work together for a common future.
Carolyn has consulted with many Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies, such as British Petroleum, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, NASA/JSC, United Space Alliance, Barrios Technology, Christus Hospitals, U.S. Department of Agriculture and Magma Copper consistently producing breakthroughs in human performance and organizational results in a variety of industries and types of organizations.
Carolyn has extensive experience working with executive teams, leadership teams, individuals and groups at all organizational levels, including supervisors and employees. Her clients have won national quality awards, been mentioned in Presidential Citations and been lauded in the business press for breakthroughs in teamwork and union-management cooperation that led to significant bottom line payoffs.
Prior to owning her own firm, Ms. Fine had 10 years of experience as an internal consultant and change agent at Lockheed where she worked with 18 different divisions. Her work with the top management and key people throughout Lockheed's Engineering and Science division helped it win the prestigious NASA Excellence Award for Quality and Productivity. The Award specifically cited the leadership development program and a proactive culture of excellence where management relates to employees as coaches. While at Lockheed she also helped mold top executives from 8 different companies into a strong, integrated team that won a $10 billion contract from the Environmental Protection Agency.
